ISDU e.V. is an internationally active aid organization whose work also shapes the German Austrian reputation and perception in the world. Despite this, ISDU does not receive any state-funded basic services or subsidies. The work is thus financed almost exclusively by donations and membership fees.
Supporting members are therefore the foundation of our work and indispensable. Regardless of whether you are a company, a foundation or a private individual – with your supporting membership and your regular support will help us to continuously develop our work in international disaster relief and give us important planning security.

With a sustaining membership / membership, you make a major contribution to:
- To act quickly and decisively in acute disasters in order to provide immediate assistance on the ground.
- To promote national and international disaster relief.
- Implement important projects both nationally and internationally.
- To make an important contribution to cross-border cooperation in emergency situations.
- To contribute our knowledge and experience more strongly to politics for the common good.
As a sustaining member, you are free to choose your membership fee. You can attend all ISDU events and seminars free of charge and also have the opportunity to participate in our general meeting
